Thursday night was a lesson learning night. We learned the San Antonio Spurs are beatable, Lil Wayne despite being Lil Wayne cannot get access anywhere he wants at anytime, and that Oklahoma City Thunder have a secret weapon in Thabo Sefolosha. Although the Thunder had the come court advantage in Game 3, no expected them to win by so much. Both teams were tying and keeping up until the 3rd quarter where the Thunder just broke away. The Thunder won 102-82. That is huge when you think this is the first loss for the Spurs who have won the past 20 games.
The Spurs played totally off their game. Their passing was bad and their field shooting was even worse. For the Thunder Sefolosha(every time I say his name I feel like I’m drunk slurring) was key in controlling Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili. What interesting is that before last night I couldn’t have picked Sefolosha out of a bench line up. He has literally went from scoring 2 points in Game 2 to scoring 19 points in Game 3.
