I think we have all experienced this in our lives. You decide to pull a stupid prank on a friend. And at the time it is hilarious . . . I mean who doesn’t think drawing a penis in permanent marker on someone’s face while they sleep isn’t funny? But this was long before the days of video phones and Twitter. Now pranks that maybe weren’t that bad look really bad during the replay. That is exactly the situation that the Giants’ defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul is facing. He decided with the help of other teammates to carry cornerback Prince Amukamara through the locker room and toss him into a cold tub. Because they thought it was so funny punter Steve Weatherford posted a video to Twitter.
Apparently not everyone else was laughing. In fact a lot of people were really disturbed by the video. During the entire thing Amukamara looks very uncomfortable. You can’t blame the guy he just got paraded around on some other dudes backs and thrown into cold water. Just like when you are a kid and mom got involved, coach Tom Coughlin is now having to figure out some sort of punishment. How do you punish a bad football player? I don’t know but I think it involves sprints.
