LA Clipper’s Blake Griffin is the a dunking monster, literally, he will dunk right on top of you. If you don’t believe me ask Pau Gasol who felt Griffin’s crotch twice on Wednesday night. Since watching the clips on youtube reviewing the game footage the NBA has upgrade the second dunk to a flagrant-1 foul. This now means that Griffin has a total of 3 flagrant foul points. Basically it boils down to if he fouls like that a couple more times he will be banned from one game. Personally I think this whole foul punishment thing would mean a lot more if the players had to pony up some cash.
They are making King’s center DeMarcus Cousins’ pay $25,000 for insulting NBA refs when he said that Griffin is babied by the refs. Cousin’s implied that because Griffin sells tickets he is allowed to do what he wants. How dare Cousins imply that the NBA is a money hungry machine that feeds on publicity. . . cough cough Jeremy Lin. No the NBA put Griffin in his place by giving that obvious publicity attempt to redeem themselves for not making a call flagrant foul. Cousins also accused Griffin of being an liar actor because he is from LA. Apparently when the AC blows to hard on the court Griffin calls foul. If Griffin is acting maybe he could try to act like a nice guy? I hear they win in the end or does that not apply in the NBA?
